Eclipse 3.0 plan updated, M7 due next week

The Eclipse Project Draft 3.0 Plan was revised on January 30th. There are some more items marked completed, some things that have been deferred. Still no clue as to when 1.5 features will start to land. 3.0M7 is due a week from tomorrow.
